Heirloom, Purple Stripe Hardneck variety. Produces 5-7 large cloves per head. In size, it can be pretty comparable to getting as large as the variety music’. Has a hot spicy flavour when raw, mellows out when cooked. It’s exactly what you would expect homegrown garlic to taste like, extremely flavourful. It produces well and stores very well. Produces a scape. Harvest the scape to increase bulb sizes.
